Kai Gietzen is an artist and illustrator from Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He crafts narrative and figurative worlds through drawing, printmaking, and illustrated books. His work on display at the sale consists of hand-made prints, risographs, and a 40 page risograph art book made in collaboration with Bearbear.co studio. He finds inspiration through the interplay of areas such as ecology, folklore, mythology, and personal experience. He is currently based in Providence, Rhode Island.
