Amber Chesebro is a jeweler and metalsmith based in Honolulu, Hawaii. Her work largely explores the intriguing shapes, patterns, textures, and colors found in the natural world. Chesebro works in precious metals, semi precious and precious gemstones, pearls, powder coating, enamel, found objects such as fossils, ancient artifacts, and shells, as well as any other materials that pique her interest. Nature is her main source of inspiration as an artist because of the awe-inspiring beauty that she sees in it that is not and could not be manmade. Chesebro will forever be attempting to capture the essence of these things she observes in nature that make her stop and look closer. Her intention is to make timeless pieces of wearable art that are collectible because they are lovingly handmade and not mass-produced.
