I’m Nessa Tweneboah, I’m a Ghanaian-American artist currently working in the animation industry as a background artist, as well as a recent alumni. I graduated in 2021 but I started working in the industry since I was a senior in 2020. I’ve worked in studios such as Cartoon Network, Nickelodeon, Disney Television Animation, and Netflix. My work mainly focuses storytelling through environmental visual development ranging from modern interior to fantastical landscapes. Secondly I focus on the inclusion of BIPOC characters as a point of view in my visual development work and my other illustrations. I hope to bring that mindset into the industry and work my way into becoming an art director.
