Rebekah Lowell is a Maine-based artist, author/illustrator, designer, and Maine Master Naturalist who creates nature-inspired art for the wild at heart. From the tiniest bug to the mightiest mountain, all deserve noticing. Her work is inspired from the wonder she finds in time spent outside. Using tangible mixed media such as gouache, sepia pens, or watercolors created from the earth, she paints birds, butterflies, native plants and more— her work speaking of her connection to the natural world. She features her nature illustrations on high quality products such as fine art prints, notecards, stickers, pins, tea towels, books, fabric and more. From signed picture books and novels in verse, to quilting cotton and other giftable goods, Rebekah hopes her art raises awareness and sparks a nature connection for others.
