Sophie is a Providence-based printmaker specializing in prints of New England and her storybook-esque whimsical creatures series. In addition to her illustrations, her work spans vibrant fine art prints, including silkscreen, drypoint etching, relief block and Risograph prints. As this year’s Providence Public Library’s Special Collections creative fellow, Sophie will be showcasing a new screen print series focused on the reconstruction of RI waterways.
