Cocoon Clay produces hand-built, playful, queer and ethereal ceramic decor, vessels and jewelry in Providence, RI. We are a project by Teddy Roe (TX ’24), who is a self-taught ceramic artist who also works in textiles, drawing, sculpture and printmaking. Some works are made in collaboration with Gwen.never (IL’23) using a laser cutter to engrave on ceramic pieces before firing.
